For some time now, the reputation for releasing club-banging songs and putting out seven music album in seven consecutive years seems to bother Olamide Baddo more than artistic brilliance.
But right now, Olamide Adedeji, who recently celebrated his birthday and commemorated it with the launching of his TV station, Voice of The Street, has admitted he needed to work on his art.
The rapper shared pictures on Instagram, of him and his favorite producer, Young Jonn the wicked producer, working in what is not a conventional studio setting, but a living room with recording equipment set on a table.
He captioned one of the pictures thus:
‘finally have the time to work proper this year! We de do ojoro since ( we have been playing a smart one since) don’t even know how we managed to put out songs ds year @youngjohn Probleeeeeeeem.’
Hopefully, with this public confession, we now understand better why his previously released record were how they were, and we await awesome records from the YBNL boss, especially now that he is ready to work proper. No one else is excited as we are.
